Been using https://www.beerishere.org/ to find places local to me to try - I never knew there were so many.
Sadly lacking in my area. Just had a look and there are at least 10 breweries missing within a 12 mile radius from me.craig1912 said:

Sadly lacking in my area. Just had a look and there are at least 10 breweries missing within a 12 mile radius from me.Bought a couple of kegs of the IPA offering from Hiver, only before having sampled their first product, the beer in draft and bottle form.
Delivered last week, next day. Very tasty this one.

Both BrewDog and Wild Beer Co seem to have had some pretty decent sales, largely on their slightly more oddball/barrel aged stuff.
I've also got a Cloudwater order on its way, mostly NEIPA/West Coast IPAs and a few Imperials.
Nice! I checked Cloudwater the other day, and a lot of the NEIPA stuff I wanted was sold out.I've also got a Cloudwater order on its way, mostly NEIPA/West Coast IPAs and a few Imperials.
I figured they were doing just fine, so concentrated my orders/efforts on the smaller brewers.

Dear breweries and independent beer retailers
Make sure we know how to get your beer! If you are a small independent business that wants to continue providing the best beers to those that love them, please list your take-out or delivery service here. Breweries, Bottleshops and independent bars and pubs are all welcome. The service is completely free to use as the website is being funded by many industry supporters.
This website is intended for the businesses that are most at risk. We ask that large businesses and those that are supported by large chains or investors do not use this service and allow the space for those that most need it.
Good brewing!

I’ve been supporting my local brewery, Pilgrim Brewery in Reigate.
When it all kicked off they had to throw barrels away as obviously pubs were not open anymore, they were close to going bust.... however seems that others have had the same idea & business is booming & he said they’re going to have to fire it all up again & brew more beer as they’re running out!!
Where are you based? I'm in Dorking and have bought plenty of bottled beer from pilgrims. I'm right on the edge of Denbies, so Surrey hills is my closest brewery. I usually get something from Dorking brewery when at the pub. When it all kicked off they had to throw barrels away as obviously pubs were not open anymore, they were close to going bust.... however seems that others have had the same idea & business is booming & he said they’re going to have to fire it all up again & brew more beer as they’re running out!!
Is it straight forward to get beer delivered from pilgrims? Would love some after I've got through my Southwark brewery beer. Which arrived and in 9 pint bags is very easy to keep helping myself to...

Does anyone use beer52?
signed up to their monthly package.
I have a feeling they've been discussed here before, probably on another beer thread.signed up to their monthly package.
I know a lot of people who have had beer52, and almost all cancelled after a few months. The complaints were pretty consistent - far more mediocre beers than decent ones, even though the variety seemed ostensibly good. YMMV.

My go-to taproom is mother kellys in bethanl green but atm I can't justify £40 for 8 beers (delivered) and everything else around me is crap so desperate times!

I'm ordering a lot of craft beer at the moment, because I want my favourite breweries and taprooms to still be open when all this is over.
I know everyone's financial situation is different, but for me £5-8 is not bad value for a really good craft IPA. It's hardly like I'm having an real 'sessions' (like a 10-pint afternoon/evening) while at home with MrsC, so they are lasting well.

It is also a massive pain in the backside to cancel your membership!I know a lot of people who have had beer52, and almost all cancelled after a few months. The complaints were pretty consistent - far more mediocre beers than decent ones, even though the variety seemed ostensibly good. YMMV.
Signed up for a virtual tasting with a local brewery next week, they post the beers to us and then do online session on thursday night. Interesting idea.
Had deliveries from a couple of breweries so far, plus our local wine shop once again delivered within an hour of placing the order

Love this. Our local indie winebar/merchant is doing virtual tastings too. One of ours had the vineyard owner on Zoom call from Martinborough at 7pm UK!Had deliveries from a couple of breweries so far, plus our local wine shop once again delivered within an hour of placing the order
I have to kind of agree with the weighing up of the costs. I would love to support my closest brewery Creative Juices but the beer is coming in at £5.34 a pint, now I know I could order a few litres for a treat but my second closest brewery Rebellion will deliver free and come in under 2 quid a pint for real ale. Ok so it’s not sour beer or American style IPA but it’s very nice. As a treat I am having Elvis Juice and Punk IPA which my maths makes it £1.93 a pint which is pretty decent. However I am eyeing up a Beavertown shop when I get paid for a special treat and it works out to about £4 a pint. Need to justify it in my mind! Hard times having just had to take a compulsory pay cut. To think I had spent £7 on pints before this is just mad and it can’t be justified anymore. If beer costs so much in pubs after all this most pubs have no chance, it makes me very sad having been so long a keen pub goer. Sorry to derail slightly but these things are entwined and I’m interested in others views. Actually to bring back on subject none of my local pubs even sell craft ale one did sell Goose IPA by the bottle at about £5 but that’s it.
Have ordered from these guys -
If you use code Firsttimetribe you get 20% off your first order.
Just ordered a mixed case of 24 cans so 42 became 34 quid delivered.
Got a crate that had 4 different beers in it. Some of which have sold out so keep an eye out when they have full stock.
