Not a fan of McD's burgers.
Here in Murica, there's way better & tastier choices.
5 Guys, Whataburger, Sonic.
About the only thing I did like, which was excellent was the Steak, Egg & Cheese Bagel from the breakfast menu.
I used to get them at the airport before early flights,
Perfect with a Hash Brown & a surprisingly good coffee.

Always order a modified burger, and it'll be cooked fresh. That's been increasing in general, but covid I think has lead to more batch cooking and sometimes being tepid.
I used to do this. But isn't more cooked to order now, via the screen ordering or the app? LeadFarmer said:
Burger King Tripple Whoppers with cheese are my favourite takeaway burger though.
So that's 3 1/4lbers. 1200 calories, which in real terms is @ 7 pints of beer. Sticks. said:

Since we are discussing McDonalds, we should probably mention the legendary Don Gorske of Wisconsin.
He is 67, and since 1972 he has attempted to eat nothing but Big Macs, and eats two per day. He has eaten a total of 30,000 Big Macs during his life. He has only failed to eat a Big Mac daily on a handful of occasions.
He has carefully noted every single Big Mac eaten in a notebook, and keeps the receipts for every single one in a file.

I used to base my order on what was lined up waiting to be picked. No point ordering what they have run out of and having to wait for it to be cooked. Mind you that was ages ago, not been in one since they have touch screen ordering.Lord Marylebone said:

Wow. I think we need to see one on the dirty takeaway thread at some point. So not only should you not have anything else to eat that day, you should probably only eat half your normal intake the next day as well!

Everyone knows that your body resets its daily calorie intake reading to zero at midnight. So not only should you not have anything else to eat that day, you should probably only eat half your normal intake the next day as well!

This is my goto order at Burger King and I’ve had it quite a few times, and had breakfast and dinner the same day, and maintain a healthy weight, once every while won’t make you fat, same as one salad won’t make you skinny..So not only should you not have anything else to eat that day, you should probably only eat half your normal intake the next day as well!
Although with a very active job, 2 dog walks a day and weights for an hour at the gym some days I can burn 5000+ calories

Everything in moderation and all that. A 3000 calorie meal every so often won't make any difference. Same as going to a nice restaurant and eating 3000 calories during a 3 course dinner or whatever.
It's the people who think places like Burger King, McDonalds or a Chinese takeaway is 'normal food' rather than a treat or occasional indulgence that will find themselves a little on the large side...
