Busy plate but generous pea portion. Nice work overall.

Mussels are rarely photogenic, and these were no exception. Tasted good though.

King prawn lamb and chicken sizzling platters. Was amazing but photo probably doesn't do it justice.

Lasagne tonight, how do people stop the cheese sauce from basically evaporating? Tried making it thick before, thin before, tried putting it between two layers of sheets this time, never get a lovely layer of creamy sauce after the bake

Sticks.

Did Prawn Linguini and Fish & Chips with garden peas. Had to do two batches of the fish & chips, and sat it on some paper towel in the oven to keep warm, but the first batch went a bit soft on bottom whilst cooking the second couple.

When I was away with work last week it appears Mrs Bodhi got bored and ordered a new air fryer (a Tefal ActiFry Genius 2 in 1) so we thought we'd give it a try last night.

Seasoned lamb chips done in the frying pan, along with roast potatoes with pepper, onion a chorizo.

Lovely.

Mmm - love a Moules dish. Used to go to a Tavern in Tomberg/Brussels that did several variations - best/nicest/fresh out of the fryer frites along with bread to mop up the sauce ...... cloud9
