Faggotts and peas , doused in vinegar and white pepper,, 4 faggots is quite filling

Eaten from the Pyrex bowl I trust?
Oofff and spot on with the vinegar and white pepper - here's mine that I forgot to post last week - picture heavy as it was also an experiment in frozen mash to see if Wifey could be fooled................

Caramelised onion gravy using Better Than Bouillon beef stock and red wine - faggots from my mate (Birdman) the butcher round the road...................

In the oven until Wifey came home and all evidence (the mash bag) destroyed.................

And of course served with Marrowfat peas and homemade bread....................

Birdman's faggots are huge so ones enough for us leaving the dogs very happy. And Wifey unprompted said the mash was superb so tonight she's having a mash master class with Aunt Bessie's version I bought to compare rofl

Creamy ( and Parmesan) Bacon pasta with sundried tomatoes. Added some chilli for a little kick!

Ragu, tried and trusted recipe. I hate (just for Paul) these plates, I really do, but they’re bombproof smile

London pub pie and chips. Actually pretty good, and far better than I expected.
