Currently in an all inclusive resort that has a couple of a la carte options, and as I can't think of anything worse than the vegetarian option I went for:

Steak tartare with manchego cheese and toast



Pork confit with some other stuff, possibly asparagus puree and some fries.



Had a fruit salad after and many olives during.
