Looks great that lick

His Easy book has some great recipes in, the chicken Piri Piri one is awesome. Best done over charcoal.

Just paid £17 for this at one of my locals. I’ll not be coming back for food!

Not really a valid comparison! Beef stir fry done with fillet can be sublime, and the tips are the cheapest way to get it!

A bit strong in flavour and tough.
Both remediable if you know what you're doing - brining, smoking, combining with fatty meat, judicious seasoning - the usual tricks

I decided on the Instagram favourite of smashed Avocado, Eggs on a Brioche Flatbread. Probably the healthiest thing I've ever made myself.

Reheated in the air fryer with extra BBQ sauce and honey glaze.

You cannot go wrong with home slow cooked ribs !

Rather than rushing down to the supermarket to fight over a bag of pasta just go buy these !

Looks really good

Need to cut the top egg though to have the yolk running down the whole thing to make everyone's tongue drop out.

Next time I do my Jenga tower of ribs I'm going to stick a duck egg on top just to run down the edifice !
