I beer canned one on Sunday, on the Weber. The rub was Chilli powder, Cumin, garlic powder, brown sugar and salt. Grubbed with lemon juice to act as a binder. Was just like Nando's. No measures just threw it together. Next time i'll spatchcock it like you have shown as it was a little precarious stood on a 1664 can

It’s not the worst thing I’ve ever eaten (and I’ve eaten military ration packs, Compass catering at various naval bases and Sodexho catering in a number of police stations). It was pretty close, though...
