Any ideas for chicken livers?

my favourite:
marinate in olive oil, looooooooooooooots of garlic (buy the big fresh cloves from sainsburys...huge buggers, you cant miss em), a little lemon juice, parsley, and lots of salt and pepper.
fry em until cooked through (about 2.5 minutes) then put them into some warmed pitta breads with hummus, salad, pickled chillis and tomatoes.
