Cut up Apples + Brown Sugar plus a bit of water - lid on pan boil for 5 minutes

8 Oz Flour, 4 Oz Butter 2 oz brown Sugar. Mix between fingers to make crumble.

Gas mark 6

Apple mixture at bottom, crumble at top. 3/4 of an hour or until sugar is burnt.

Works with Rubarb, Black Berries or any Fruit apart from banana !!!
