There's a tribe somewhere that cuts a small hole in a table, then pushes a kind of small monkey up from underneath so the top of its head is just poking through. Then they slice the top of its skull off like a boiled egg and eat the brains with a spoon.
That's a combination of urban myth and Western fiction. Some cultures do eat monkey brains, but not like that.

I've always wanted to eat a dog. My brothers one looks pretty tasty, he feeds it meat and cheese, and it's pretty small so I reckon you could skin and gut it and shove it in a slow cooker with a stload of garlic, cumin and a couple of bottles of stout. Maybe some chipotles too. I reckon about 8 hours and the meat will be falling off the bones, well tender. Serve it up with some couscous cooked in the stock and a smokey red or maybe more stout, garnished with coriander and some chopped fresh red chilli.
Some kind of Alfie carbonnade. Hungry now.
