The easiest fish dish ever.
Take a thick yellowfin tuna loin steak, brush on a little olive oil on both sides and season with salt & pepper to taste. Cook on a pre-heated griddle for precisely 1 minute on each side. It should be almost raw in the centre.
Take off heat and plate with salad or veggies of your choice. Fantastic.
