Wich filth purveyor in leeds did you get that from Giblet ? looks just the job for my evening meal tonight as her indoors is going out and i cant be arsed with cooking .
Sicilys. 10% off via their website - www.sicilys.co.uk I went with the half parmo option but be warned, the hot shot has it’s consequences as I’ve found out today. Wow, they even have a variation thats topped with donner meat!

So which is the best (non filth) kebab in Leeds, Giblet? The one in the markets?
Hmm. Depends on your definition of a kebab. Cafe Moor in the market or Caravanserai near Corn Exchange both do a good shawarma and a good chicken kebab wrap. For proper donner I’d go with Venus in Holbeck.
Neither of the above do proper naan bread mind. I quite like the chicken tikka kebab in naan from Charcoal Chicken in Harehills.
Haftsin on Burley Rd do some nice middle eastern kebabs in thin naan bread.

Many thanks. I'm home alone next week and the kitchen is being refitted so I now have many options! For proper donner I’d go with Venus in Holbeck.

Think I will start with Caravanserai and then Haftsin...

That was my addition, it's Schwartz chip seasoning, mainly paprika but also onion and garlic, just makes things a bit more interesting. I got a big tub of it from Costco. http://americanchipspice.com/
Hull chip spice... its awesome.
I get batches sent to me in Australia from home.

I wonder, have any gluttons managed the 9pc of chicken from KFC on tuesdays on their own? £6 for 9. (no chips or anything else). mighty tempting as it has been such a long time since I've eaten KFC.
Offer finished at least a couple weeks back didn't it, as I'm usually all over it.I've come close before, don't think I've ever finished it in one go.

was always a fan of chip spice , until her indoors came back from farmfoods with a new one to try. called red salt, a south african chip spice that comes in a big pack for next to nothing and better than the origional chip spice too. goes on everything nowadays its fantastic.
I ventured in the other week in search of the chicken burgers I have been reliably informed from an FMCG friend are the same product used in chicken Premieres. Included in the 3 bags of grot for a tenner so I was game. I saw this red salt and nearly bought some but it had caked so I put it back.
Think I’ll get my self in as a matter of priority whilst working from home tomorrow.

A friend of mine swears by "Chicken Chippy Salt" from Australia but is too tight to share it - is that the same as the one mentioned above or is it yet another I need to try?
That one is more like a chicken stock cube and salt on chips.Red salt and American chip spice are tomato/paprika/salt based.
All are very Moorish.
