Wife away, so my first takeaway for a very long time -

But why?

A little bit of what you fancy does you no harm.

I was getting far too lardy, I find Chinese food like crack cocaine (I'm making an assumption here as I've never willingly taken crack cocaine).

I only managed one square boxed rice, sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style, 4 s+s chicken balls and a tub of salt and chilli chips.

In the fridge I have another box of rice, 4 chicken balls and a bag of crackers.

I've definitely lost my knack as in the old days there was NEVER any fridge leftovers, ever.

Who forced you?

And was it as good as a Chinese?

Nothing is as good as a decent Chinese takeaway, the crack I can take it or leave it. laugh

Fair play. I could do with a bit of lipo-suction at the minute.

They do indeed have the best photo image of battered chips.

Love the garnish.

Was this your dinner?

I seem to be eating that quite early, leaving me wide open to hunger pangs circa 9:30.

What’s a man to do?

I'd call it "tea" being northern but it was my evening meal, consumed about 8pm and still making itself known as I type this.

I can't be the first person to do this. Not as tasty as you'd think. The garlic margarita was a bit dry

Heads up! Until midnight on Sunday (5th) new Top Cashback customers can get £15 back from JustEat! Will be ordering something tonight and then maybe a pizza to eat tomorrow (managed to get £14.45. Need to find something for 55p).

My local pizza place does a decent donner calzone which is not far off the same thing. Its probably a heart attack in a box but sometimes needs must!
