For all you broccoli roasters: do you parboil beforehand or just chuck it in the oven?
Drizzle with oil or anything?
Might give this a try.
Just remember to close kitchen door and open windows. Drizzle with oil or anything?
Might give this a try.
Roasted brocolli can leave a smell of farts if not drafted properly

You hear online people saying "even better than takeaway" - its normally nonsense. This i'd take over a takeaway any day of the week.
Looks amazing.
Another curry, sorry! They must be getting quite boring, ha, but I do enjoy them.
Kashmiri gosht (tender lamb curry) with spicy pilau rice, root veg subji, rose & raisin chutney, red onion & cucumber salad and mint raita.
The wine wasn't part of the recipe, just a chef's perk, and, as usual, the local fox won't go hungry tonight.

Ain't sliced mixed peppers a thing of beauty..?
They still look great being stir fried with some chicken.
Add carrot, garlic, ginger, spring onion, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, black pepper, and homemade sauce (soft brown sugar, corn flour, soy sauce, sherry and water)...
... and you have delicious and healthy chicken chow mein (sort of).
Our fox visitor gets another meal tonight as well, everyone's happy!

I'm calling an ambulance, you need medical intervention.
(I'd eat that).
Tres mild, CdG (I'd eat that).
One of my daughters just replied with a being sick emoji. Bloody heathen.
Gravad Lachs, baked Camembert, home made wedges, lettuce with strawberries and balsamic creme. I like to think of it as exotic, in a 70's kind of way.

Starter, Main, Desert all on one plate .... bit odd - but would not turn my nose up at it. But then again - I like Pineapple on Pizza - so am classed as a deviant in the Dirty Takeaway Thread.
