I know but I thoroughly enjoyed it ,today where im going has lamb sweetbreads on the menu so im going to try them pics to follow in a bit when I get there

I haven’t a clue to th intricacies of the title of these plates,tbh I’m not used to posh food like this ,here it is sweetbreads,some bread ,fish dish And a desert

It's actually a recipe from 'The Spicery'. I have a subscription for one recipe per month, they send a recipe and packs of spices and you do the rest.
I think they're great!









I didn't make the pickle as my local supermarket were out of aubergines, I don't like them much anyway.

Also, one of the people I cooked for takes blood thinners and shouldn't eat grapefruit, so I put in the juice of a lemon for the citrus instead.

They don't just do Indian recipes, (that one is from Bangladesh) they do all sorts.

Me too.
I was bought a one year subscription for Christmas about six years ago and I've carried them on ever since.

They have never failed to be delicious!
