Thanks for the cheese suggestions I'll pick up a couple to test. Also read online that Arla do a block mozzarella that's very good but this is aimed at commercial kitchens and only comes in 2.3kg blocks, it's £30 on Amazon but trying to source one through our staff canteen. Will report back on how I get on with whatever I manage to pick up.
[WARNING] I could spend a small fortune on this website (I have, infact!)https://www.adimaria.co.uk/cheeses/fior-di-latte-m...
I lightly crush some whole cloves, put them in an enamel dish with olive oil and thyme and put it in the pizza oven for a few minutes, stiring every 30 seconds so it doesn't burn
The garlic can them be sliced and put on a pizza base with a drizzle of the oil, some parmesan and some salt
Left over oil goes into a cleaned out tabasco bottle for putting on anything I want garlic oil on

Any good garlic bread recipes?
Crush garlic, mix with butter, add salt to taste and chopped parsley. Spread on pizza base and cook. I add mozzarella too .I freeze the butter as it will burn too quickly while the base cooks.

Aldi have got their BBQ topper pizza oven back in stock, £39.99.
Has anyone tried one? Any good?
I guess it's worth a shot at that price.
I asked the same a while back. Consensus was its a pile of st and those who had tried it were disappointed and many had returned it.Has anyone tried one? Any good?

I use the Pizzapp for my dough recipe, but I've just had a play with Ooni's app.
Entering the exact same values in both apps gives almost identical results, but there's quite a difference in the amount of yeast, one saying 1.67g and the other 2.8g
I'm going to give the Ooni method a try this evening for pizzas tomorrow

It’s not bad, just make sure it’s up to temp. Nowhere near as good as the ooni, but still decent enough.
