Picked up a pizza turner today in Aldi for £9.99. I've been considering be the Ooni one in for a while but couldn't resist at least try this first

I was just coming to post this. Got the Turner and the perforated peal to try.

I don't use a turner so can't comment on their use, I just turn them using the metal peel that I use to remove them once cooked, and that works fine for turning them. I use a wooden peel for launching.

What's the difference between a peel and a Turner? Do I need both?
