I used to be the same but then read it can turn your piss pink, which I thought might be a novelty, so ate a whole jar of pickled beetroot to check. It didn't work but I've loved beetroot since.
I ate a packet of mini marinated beetroot, fell asleep, when I woke up and went to the toilet I thought something was seriously wrong. It took a while but then I realised it was the beetroot and I wasn’t pissing blood! laugh

I will give most things a try, but not these.

Nope, no way.
Another one here, no thanks!

Tinned tuna for me, the smell is just rank, when my kids were younger I wouldn't even make them a sandwich with the stuff; never tried it and never will.

However I do like tuna steaks.

Offal of any description. Olives, but I will accept one on a stick in a martini. Squid, which by extension jellied eels. Sweetcorn.

I'll eat pretty much anything else.

Won't drink whiskey/whisky/bourbon as I hate the smell. Makes me retch.

Brussel sprouts. Maybe it's just the way they've been presented to me but every single way just smells/tastes revolting.

Not a fan of tropical fruit (think mango, pineapple, banana) either. I occasionally try, and the same number of times am reminded that I don't like it.

Blue cheese, any sort. Plus stinky cheese.
Offal, as in tripe, brains, have eaten though not keen liver, kidney, heart.
Shellfish generally, partly after a bowl hugging episode in California after some dodgy scallops, but more so after seeing a body pulled out of water covered in shrimp. :shudder:
Avocado, the consistency is just wrong.
Artichoke, basically CBA with it
Tinned tomatoes, generally a useful ingredient in many dishes, but on a Full English Breakfast, just GTFO.

There's really nothing I can think of that I won't eat, there's a few things I prefer not to eat, broad beans & melon being the main ones, but even then I'd eat them if I had to and wouldn't retch or anything.

Plus offal. I’ve tried it all but I’d rather have a steak. Save the offal for whatever else they use it for. Not very Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall of me I know.

Most desserts on a menu do nothing for me. Apart from a cheeseboard I haven’t had a dessert unless part of a tasting menu and even then I usually give it away to someone who likes sweet stuff.

Brussels sprouts - devils own satanic heard droppings.

Cheese from a can has me heaving.

Most thing I saw in a Japanese fish market. Normally pitched as a delicacy which normally means people pay a lot of money to pretend to like something.

I'll eat all fruit and veg and have never turned my nose up at any fish or meat I've been offered - obviously there's a lot I haven't found on my plate yet but I'll try everything once.

The problem with jellied eels, isn't the eel, which is nice, or the jelly, which is just bland, but the fking samurai sword running thru the middle, that they call a bone. Bone!!!!....bloody circular saws are more forgiving. One wrong move, and you could have your tongue sliced clean off.

Cheese

Mushrooms

Offal

Aside from those, I'll eat most things if I have to but there's a fair few things I choose not to, just because I don't think they're particularly tasty/exciting.
