Does anyone remember a circular bubble gum with a hole in the centre (like a polo but bigger) that when you blew through it whistled ? It must have been about 35 years ago when I had them. If remember correctly they were individually wrapped.

Does anyone remember when PH was a fun place to be and threads weren't moved around needlessly?

Sigh...

True, we should remove the Lounge completely as it serves no purpose now, then each topic will have it's natural home without the need for moving them.

I remember Spangles and Texan Bars.

I would never have seen this thread if it wasn't in here.

Getting the idea? I've always said with the new specialist forums created there was no need for a cess pit forum like the Lounge to exist.

Orange drops. The cousin of Cherry Drops that seemed less popular and disappeared in about 1990.

Well remembered. thumbup

O/T: Though modern-day Cherry Drops are feeble imitation of their former glory. Who wants 'natural flavours' in sweets? If I wanted that, I'd buy some cherries. irked

There are few things in life more satisfying than realising that there's no wafer in your KK. Yum! And +1 for Fish & Chips

Anyone remember:

Take Five choc bars

Totties

Silver gobstoppers - I hate to think what chemicals they used in the colouring!
