just print the voucher off
if you are thinking abut Frankie & Benny's have a read of this first...

i quite like frankie and bennys. there, i've said it.
their ribs are better than the frequently lauded bodeans.
Please tell me this is a joke. their ribs are better than the frequently lauded bodeans.
our local f&b (surrey quays) is ok as long as you don't go when there's a kid's party on.
+ 1 on avoiding kids parties. Since McDonalds stopped having kids parties (now all Coffee shop style) they have migrated there.
Our local F+B is ok, eaten a few times and its been between average and ok. Personally I would always prefer to find a local pub serving good food for similar prices, but knowing my money goes to a local business and hopefully local suppliers.
Plenty around almost everywhere with a bit of research.

I'd go to F&B's
They vary, but I've never had a problem at our local one. The desserts are heart-attacks on a plate but nice.
I refuse to go into our TGI's after on one occasion my fellow diner was served chicken that wasn't cooked inside and on another he spent most of the following morning in the bog with it coming out of both ends....

I don't work for F&B, but my job requires me to work on their sites. I can confirm none of their food is microwaved and is all freshly prepared there and then.
Freshly prepared from frozen products though, right? It probably is made from frozen products, but what fast food chain doesn't?
F&Bs is OK - nothing special, handy for a post cinema munch if you fancy something nicer than McDonalds.
TGIs is overpriced for what it is, but is quite good if you are there in a big group.
Both strike me as slightly dumbed down versions of proper American places (think Blackpool compared to Vegas) - Hard Rock Cafe, House of Blues (which is awesome ) etc.
Anyone who goes in thinking it will be a fine dining experience has the wrong idea. Anyone who goes in wanting some quick and tasty food has the right idea.
Would definitely go for Pizza Express given the choice - with the vouchers it is cheap cheap cheap for the quality of the food - the Etna pizza is awesome.

Used to love TGI's when I was a kid, however around 10 years ago they seemed to slash their menu by around half. Now they have very few vege options so I don't really like it.
F&B is ok, but I don't think the quality is great. The Californian pizza is pretty tasty and family size makes for a formidable challenge! The cocktails are ok, however the missus and I found that it was pretty easy to notch up a bill of £35+ per head with a couple of drinks and I don't thing the food or atmosphere warrant those sort of prices.
I would much rather go to GBK, Wagamama, Nandos or one of the chain italians, all serve far better food imo. The American themed restaurants seemed feel they have a license to serve lazy food and trade on the gimmicks if you like.

Neither, both are horrible chain/mall stholes full of van driving scum.
HTH
Well, i've never been in a TGI and i've only been to F+B's once but now i think i'll make more of an effort to go to them in the future. Rather be surrounded by 'Van driving scum' than pretentious wkers driving around in a finance companys car.HTH
