Agreed. Have you tried the fish in seasoned coating? Not the long pieces but they are irregular sizes, two to a pack. We have them with new potatoes and veg, very nice indeed.I find Aldi ketchup to be tasteless though. I prefer to buy Heinz in Poundstretcher etc.when it's on offer.

Certainly different textures, but I switch back and forth between them quite happily, buying Nutella when it's on special and Nutoka when it's not.

have you tried the MASSIVE chips? In the black & gold bag...they’re like bricks & very tasty. Lidl Thai green curry very nice & also pork schnitzel

All goes swimmingly until it gets to "I am the Music Man, and I can play.... the Dambusters" at which point the Dambusters theme music fires up, all the kids run around arms outstretched, making bomber noises, and of course the German kids do it too, until their parents drag them off the dance floor. Childish, funny, but childish.

He said how far he had come for this race from Dresden , "Dresden?" pipes up a young crew member "My Grandfather went there in the war"
" ah" says the German "was he part of the liberation?"
"No" came the reply "he was a bomb aimer in a Lancaster !"
