I’m eating meat ,fish and veg , the odd kebab is ok on wkend I’ve lost a bit of timber on the waist and chin no2 ,lost a stone

My local KFC is on deliveroo and man do they suck! Twice I've had to cancel my order because nothing came after 90 mins and when I tried ordering this last week they wouldn't accept my order whilst not cancelling it so I was left in a limbo.
