Use a tablespoon of creme fraiche, stirred in right at the end.

Immeasurably superior.
Does the creme fraiche not change the flavour to something slightly sour?

Eggs, butter, salt and pepper for scrambled eggs, nothing more.

The fine art of cooking perfect scrambled eggs. Low and slow for a creamy and rich consistency. Just eggs, butter, a little salt towards the end of cooking. Not forgetting to stir throughout the cooking process.

Egg looks good, but egg to toast ratio is well out.

Personally I like the French style, but it does take longer.

I would have stuffed all that into the baguette and took it back to bed with me.

I did smother it in ketchup, once that was done, there simply wasn’t time for a photo!

The lady only had 2 sausages and hash browns left, next time I’ll get something bigger. There were breakfast boxes and all sorts on the menu
