Started inside the house but the stink made it move outside
Seems fitting for pistonheads to be cooking in the garage!

Not bad for first attempt at cutting!

Only had some sweet chilli sauce and mayo in the fridge so enjoy this small sad first kebab as the test!
After around 10 kebabs this much was left of the £20 of "meat"

This is amazing. MrsC moans when I talk about using a deep fryer indoors, but you just cranked up the doner machine in the kitchen without a commercial extractor. Your wife/partner must be very understanding/naive.

You could start a business renting it out. How long does it take to cool down, how do you store it and how many times can you heat it up?
The machine and leg was cool within 15 minutes or so of being turned off while in a cold garage. The guy I bought the machine off said you get 2 days out of leaving the leg on the machine in a shop kitchen. I assume with using a fridge you can get that to maybe 3/4? I wrapped the leftovers in clingfilm and put it in the fridge, the middle still felt frozen but it did say to not refreeze it.
For £20 though even if you bin 3/4 its still cheaper than buying 3 kebabs.

Fantastic I was going to ask what do you do with the leftovers but at that price as you say just chuck it I suppose. Could you cook it all and then freeze the sliced doner meat I wrapped the leftovers in clingfilm and put it in the fridge, the middle still felt frozen but it did say to not refreeze it.
