Had my nephew and his GF up from Cardiff for a visit. They are both vegan... Pics & menus...
I was mentally working out my 10 items for a £6.95 MEGA (2 bacon, 2 poached eggs, mushrooms, 2 hash browns, baked beans, grilled tomato, doorstop toast). Something present or absent there to offend all committee members.Would happily have that place around the corner from me.

Heads up, aldi taste of America range has two pancake syrup flavours, it's not actually maple syrup, but is identical to McDonald's pancake syrup and is £1.79. The one I tried is called butter maple there is also a praline flavour not tried yet . Loads of American expats have been buying them saying they are identical to what they put on pancakes in USA. They are also doing a six pack of pancakes, these are like our scotch pancakes but slightly thicker.

I'd want them to pay me to eat that crap! ![yuck](/inc/images/yuck.gif)
Ok, so what on there is ‘crap’?![yuck](/inc/images/yuck.gif)
Mushrooms, look sort of ok, but shrivelled though, so below par.
Beans, not sufficiently reduced, again below par, and in ramekin, another point lost.
Avocado, no, never.
Tomatoes, odd one at a push, not that many.
Peppers? Nope, not for breakfast.
No toast or similar product.
So overall, yep with LT on that, have to pay me. Sorry, we're all different, obvs.
There was toast, and it was pretty good.
I understand, as any grown up should, that we all have different tastes. However, the ‘shrooms weren’t shrivelled, the tomatoes were packed with flavour, and the beans were, well, baked beans.
I’m not one for stuffing my gut with meat at all, let alone processed pork.
I was sat in the gorgeous Botanic Garden, with the sun beating down, and a gentle breeze blowing through. The coffee was good.
I’ll leave the angry emoji to the gammon above.
