Done.I wasn't blown away - skin was crispy but the meat itself was probably 10 minutes over (I stuck to the OP's timings). Also, the roasting dish was just an unappetising black mess. Flavours were disappointingly subtle despite using loads of honey. Suspect I may have used too much oil, it was kinda swimming in it. Next time I'll probably try rubbing rather than drizzling.
