I practically lived on those for a week in Singapore when I was very ill and staying in a hotel. It was all I seemed to fancy.

They looked pretty much identical to yours.

I wouldn't say it brings back happy memories, because I was pretty ill, but I do remember the club sandwiches fondly.

Not posted on here for a while, partly down to being in Greece doing a restaurant recce for our wedding.

After being back in work for three days I have had cravings for slow cooked lamb, so tonight it was kleftico and saganaki.

All veg and herbs grown on the family allotment too

Slow cooked Lebanese spiced minced lamb with peppers, in a hollowed out marrow.



Tesco Tempura battered chicken strips in a pea and curry sauce, served on rice.

Pulled chicken, Mexican rice, refried beans, chilli beans, salsa, cheese and sour cream. All home made.
