Absent some skewers, I have lamb, onion, and cumin meatballs, garlic and yoghurt sauce:

Ooh - blurry.

Calamari, red pepper, tomato, onion, garlic, chili, white wine, chicken stock, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley and rice.

Taste of the Med.
Looks good!

Got mates coming round to watch the rugby, hope they are hungry!

Pulled chicken, Mexican rice, refried beans, chilli beans, salsa, cheese and sour cream. All home made.

Keeping warm in the oven ready for later
Did you have 1 each, otherwise it'd be very messy to cut that up into pieces and then try to eat it when it's not a wrap? wink

Yep, one each! Keeping it wrapped in the foil makes it easy to eat (until the very end) particularly when trying to watch the rugby. I made 4 of them for the lads and 3 doubles with slightly less filling for the OH's who also came around. Also because I made it all from scratch and some of the ingredients I had in I feed them all for £20 but I kept that to myself!

Hi Pferdestarke - Can you let me know a little more about this? Looks lovely. The tub says 'indobust' but can find any place with that name.

Sure. It's a place in Leeds specialising in good craft ales and unbelievably good and authentic vegetarian Indian food.

I've been meaning to try Bundobust. I've eaten at Prashad and the food was lovely.
