25c here today so we can't indulge in the usual late autumn/early winter lunch fare. my missus knocked me up a nice platter with a can of lemon shandy.

Freezer portion of my chicken jalfrezi. Proper indo Chinese dish not the British Indian restaurant version so it’s more like a spicy stir fry. Doesn’t freeze great though so that’s something for me to remember. Make smaller batches in the future

I waited almost 50 years to taste a capacha. this is my second one, it's a thinner lunch time one with avocado and cooked meat. delicious and filling, great with a beer.
