Home alone tonight so I opted for a "Mega Feast Calzone" and a couple of samosas to get to the £7.50 needed for delivery.

I do so miss decent fish and chips (Leeds born, grew up in Wakefield) village where my parents lived had 3 fish and chip shops !! I'm now in Kent, and not knocking Kent fish and chips - just not the same as what you grow up on.

Parents now live in Outwood - and The Empire fish and chip shop have an extra large/long bap which a Haddock special fits in lovely - sat here drooling now .....??
Locals tip : The Empire chippy is not the best in Wakefield never mind outwood, if you drive a little bit further up the road on the opposite side there is Tony's Fish n Chips.
