Some dry aged pork and the usual suspects,

dry aging didn't add much extra to the flavour, but it was still a tasty joint with excellent crackling.

That all looks very nice, esp Yorkshires and potatoes, though someone will say it could be more pink. What's that lurking in the centre?

Todays lunch is chicken fried rice with some teriyaki sauce.




Lacks presentation but very tasty.
