Made these a little while back, my take on a breakfast burrito/taco (got flamed on reddit by Americans for calling it a burrito!)

Thin omelette and the filling is potatoes tossed in paprika/salt/pepper/oil, shredded chicken, coriander, ginger, green chilli and sour cream.

Super job, they look fantastic.

A weird one, made specifically at the request of my 8 year old. From the bottom up, toast, ham, bacon, toast, fried egg. Looked quite nice!

This is the kind of thing my missus will make for me. 6 rashers of streaky or pancetta, two toast (or fried bread in butter that looks like toast) and two fried eggs all stacked up. It's very nice but I never post a photo of a hoopless breakie.

Missus did a "deconstructed" one for me today with Scottish bread, hit the spot nicely.

Looks very nice, but loses points for the pretentious presentation.

There’s no room for cheffiness at breakfast.

Ha true and all the brown sauce had run down onto the top of the sandwich below making it impossible to eat without getting covered. Nice though. Unlike the flat white that was a jug of boiling coffee milk frown
