Fantastic. Nice touch. I confess, it's a dirty little affection of mine.

thats very dirty. the fat in spam is high enough to fry itself up in a dry pan. Do love myself some spam.

Was the bacon run over by a truck?

Plastic Egg and Sausage poo mean down points.
I admit that the sausage looks like Mr Hanky, but it was the finest Cumberland and tasted lovely. Run over bacon, yes, agreed, but 5 rashers!

Grilled spam on a brekky is cloud9

A few places round here (Wirral) do breakfasts with Ulster Fry on them, kind of similar to spam but finer in texture. Bloody lovely but difficult to find.

Minor deduction for the egg eyelid at the top though.

Poor photo but a tasty brunch.

Toast with some aged Dutch cheese that needed finishing, scrambled egg (slightly runny) and mushrooms gently sauteed in butter. Tea and additional toast just out of shot.

Starting as we mean to go on. The pretentiously presented Caledonian Themed Decade Starter.

Beef Lorne Sausage
Haggis
English Muffins
Eggs
Beans
Portobello mushroom

And yes, Alan, that’s the very big plate.

I’m now going straight back to bed to think about what just happened.

Very impressive. Day one, and already a challenger for breakfast of the year!

interesting presentation. It sort of reminds me of a ratatouille. mmm a layered breakfast ratatouille style sounds good to me.
