I've never noticed those before.

I do remember those tubs of soup being pretty good though

(sorry having a good nose at your shopping there!)... I've got so used to standing as far away as possible from anyone else in a shopping queue hehe

woohoo

Made the upper target with two days to spare hehe

So that's £12 of vouchers, plus scratch card winnings and other vouchers used during the month. Probably £20-25 in total. Which is £20-25 more than I was saving before they introduced the app thumbup

They’ve put this muck back up to £1.99 a jar! I pity the fool who pays that!
Saw these comments and thought ‘how bad could they be?’ Well the bakewell one tasted like id sucked the puss out of a boil. Ive got the jaffa cake one but im not holding out much hope...

You need to stop sucking puss out of boils. That is weird.

Update: tried the jaffa cake one. Might as well had scooped up some stagnant water, its rank

Vouchers? Scratchcards?

I've looked at the Aldi app benefits and it mentions none of them. I'm in though if you can provide any more information please! (and apols if previously mentioned, I only dip in and out of this thread)

Thumbs up for Aldi online wine delivery. Seem to be getting quicker, latest "care package" ordered Saturday PM delivered today (Tuesday). And its free delivery, sometimes with online prices a little cheaper than in store.

I had a delivery of Portuguese wines last week, I can’t fault the service!

On the Portuguese theme I'm currently sinking a bottle of Dao... nice but more of a lunchtime wine for me.

i tried the kluck wings. they were ok. didn't really have much seasoning or crunch in the skin. nothing special. certainly not kfc rivalling.
Did you get a duff batch, I've has them twice and both times they were crispy. They could do with being spicier though.

Not sure. But they were certainly much milder than the frozen flaming hot breaded chicken thigh burgers.

I hadn't considered buying aldi stuff for delivery, given that it's getting colder I might start doing this as i'll be less inclined to want to cycle there 2.5 miles away daily. Bulk buy my wine, beers and soda for the month as these are always the heaviest things.

Not the bottle mentioned but lunches are all I have left..

ETA: But yes, lunch seems to be starting at about 11:30am and finishing at about 10pm, normally consisting of bread, cured meats, cheese and wine with the odd G&T thrown in. Got to love this working from home crap.

I had to stop drinking while working from home as I was slurring my words when my boss would ring me in the afternoon.
