Blair's Ultra Death - the hottest non-reserve sauce they do, about 850k Scoville Units. It's thick, dark red with a few seeds and a black liquid that separates if you leave it long without shaking.

I got this for Christmas and we all tried a drip. Cue a few OMFGs, coughing, nose blowing and glasses of milk. Not all pain, there was some flavour but far too hot for me to be putting on chips. Should be a fun addition to the sauces at work. evil

That looks ace, I've had Blair's After Death, and that was about as hot as I could go on a regular basis, and more than a couple of drops on a sarnie is enough to ruin it.

For anyone that's interested here's a list of UK chilli festivals for 2014.

I went to the west dean event last year and had a great day out.

I got some of this for xmas, Smart Arse Sauce.

It's got some kind of chilli extract in it that is apparently rated at 6.4m scoville units.

It's serious stuff - really stupid hot!

A jelly, not a sauce but found this http://www.lilyschillies.com/jellies/19-naga.html at my local food fayre . One town away and this is immense, very strong and I had a couple of meals which were too hot even for me.

I'm never without a bottle of The Ribman's 'Holy fk' hot sauce. Mostly Scotch Bonnets in it with a bit Naga Jolokia too, so not insanely hot but pokey enough. Super fruity from all the scotch bonnets too. Has a nice thick, almost ketchup-like thickness too.

Great on his shredded rib rolls but good with just about everything to be honest!

Nom! Not silly silly hot like some of it's ilk, and actually has a good flavour. I put half a teaspoon into cottage cheese as a low fat, protein rich and TASTY snack.

I have this, jesus its lethal, three drops in a jar of Salsa renders it insanely hot,

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Psycho-Juice-Drops-Killer-...

I do love Siracha though, its spot on, nice but not overpowerin heat, nice garlic twang, can see why its so popular.

I was given some of that but didn't try it. Label says it has pure capsacin crystals in it (>16 M Scoville units) which is what gives chilli it's heat. No chance, for willy wavers and masochists only....

One Stop Chilli shop have some lovely stuff though, I highly recommend their Fire Breathers Pickle.

ETA mine was 'Son of Smart Arse' - the extreme version!

It's not "silly hot" like some pure extract sauces like the 6 million scoville stuff, but this is still hot enough to demolish the mouths of non-chilli heads. I keep a bottle at work, a small splash in a bag of rice or a splash on a sarnie is enough to liven things up and you're right, it is lovely.

^^^ That does look nice (as far as bottles go).

Got this for valentines day.

I'll whisper this quietly but I am not that keen on sauces with coriander in. Actually tastes okay though.

It could bring a tear to a glass eye but with only a drop or two actually has a nice taste...

OK, so I think I may have exceeded my limit:

My mouth is missing a layer of skin from the inside, feels like I've drunk a kettle of boiling water. I swear my gums are bleeding.

I've been having Nando's Hot Peri Peri sauce recently, and I must say, I'm very impressed. Great flavour and just the right amount of heat for me. I've had it a few times in Nando's and really enjoyed it, but didn't expect the shop bought stuff to be quite as good.

Update - a guy at work borrowed this and poured it all over his lunch like ketchup. Very disappointed, he gave barely a sniff and demolished the lot. I thought it might have mysteriously got weaker so had a couple of drips in my soup rendering it nearly inedible. Some people must have asbestos mouths.
