Mr Roper - hash browns should ironically, be more bronze, they look as though they have been warmed in your palms and the scrambled eggs are chin scratchily pale; bacon looks perfect, as do the mushrooms and tomatoes; I hate undercooked tomatoes Tapping into my 'greek' heritage, that plate would get smashed.
The hash browns were pretty good to be fair...The eggs didn't photo very well. They were laid that morning and cooked with nothing but butter and salt. Agree about the the plates.

Chorizo beans? Sounds fantastic where did you get them, or are they just seasoned normal beans?
Home made, but highly recommended. The spiciest, most piquant chorizo you can find, sliced and quartered and then dry-fried to crispy, then add beans. Heat gently with adequate beanage reduction; delicious. It really lifts the humble bean to an echelon above 'oops and other wannabe starchy comestibles.

Seriously chaps, try it. Dead easy, and worth the minimal effort.

Anyone within travelling distance of St Paul's in London, might want to pop in to 'Epic Pies' for a Full English Tart at a reasonable £7.95+. Those are proper sausages, take note, BrabusMog.
