They didn't my usual "Hot Pepper" ones so I went a bit random.

The 3x were half the price of the Carbonara and 4 cheese ones and less than the 2x - I've seen some places selling them for £5 a packet, these were £1.25

Picked this up in the supermarket the other day, but I'd left my glasses in the car so didn't spot the little squid and had no idea they were seafood flavoured until I got them home. I'm not a big seafood fan in general, how fishy are these really, anyone know?

it will have a mixed seafood flavour, but mostly spicy like the ever popular shin ramyum.

I thought this may be of interest.

Three varieties of “fire chicken” instant ramen noodles popularized by a viral internet challenge have been recalled in Denmark after they were deemed to be too spicy.

The level of capsaicin found in Buldak Hot Chicken Ramen 3x Spicy, Buldak Hot Chicken Ramen 2x Spicy and Hot Chicken Stew was so high that it could poison consumers, the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration said in a statement issued Tuesday.

According to taste testers, the original buldak ramen scored around 4,000 on the Scoville scale, which is roughly equivalent to the heat of jalapeños. Some of the new flavors may be two or three times as hot, they have said.

My chances of still getting them for £1.25 are out of the window now with all this extra advertising, bloody Danes.

One last cheap lunch for the memory...

Interesting, I've never yet found a shop-bought one that tastes anything like the stuff most Korean restaurants serve. I'm heading to my local Asian supermarket tomorrow, I'll have a look for that.
Asking for a friend.

Do you just eat that out the jar or do something cheffy with it?

I'd probably just chuck a tablespoon or two into the noodles.

It's great on a chicken burger with some gochujang mayonnaise.
