I had a mixed kebab the other night (and starters of chicken pakora, meat samosas, chips, onion bhaji). I had to save the kebab as I was stuffed after the starters. I foolishly didn’t photograph the starters, sorry, so you’ll just have to cope with the kebab:





It was pretty hefty...



And just in case anyone’s viewing on a phone, this is just how hefty it was.

Had one of the pizzas (and fries) first, so certainly couldn’t finish it in one go. Plenty tasty, I don’t feel short changed. Naan is one of the biggest too.

Nope, granted I’ve not had any takeaway for around a week and a half now but planning to get one later this week. Will just follow the guidelines

I had one in London a few weeks ago and they put carrots in the salad. I didn’t actually mind it.

One place in Leeds used to put carrot on, cabbage instead of lettuce too... Never decided if it was good or not so used to alternate having the toppings or not
Their chilli sauce was orange rather than the usual red too

salad is a must for me. it helps to cut through the fat of the doner meat. the greasier the meat the more important it is (and the lemon wedge).

There used to be a kebab shop on Parliament Street in Nottingham called Antalya (I think?) they used to do a shedded coleslaw type salad on their babs, fantastic!
