cold cuts, cheese/crackers/quince, fruit and a nice tawny.

Did gravlax 2 ways, this is the beetroot version... quick to create but messy. Very nice way to eat salmon and do it every year.

Can anyone spot the 8 foot wide Xmas present in the picture? I had my doubts about that at the time.......

Sulking so not posting any other shots. Everything was A1 except the bloody Turkey was very Dry. This despite cooking breast down and taking 40 mins off the time suggested. Not impressed given I've cooked several before and these birds are expensive, 6.8kg @£94.

Made worst by the fact we have a mountain of it left over

it looks to me like its baked beans, peas, sweetcorn, a baked potato, coleslaw and the rest is slices of sandwich meat?

Was on holiday so wife ordered turkey from local butcher. £82 for a 5.5kg Coppas eek . Cut the legs and thighs off and cooked them to 70 Degrees. Legs and thighs came out an hour before the breast.
