Good skills. I always enjoy a decent homemade curry as they take so much effort to get right.

Nice action, any tips for keeping it all together so neatly?

It's not fancy, Or particularly photogenic, but, at this time of year, it's my favourite type of meal!

patience, care and cling film... and a ruler, although you will note multiple folds in the crepe in the bottom right corner... that's what happens after two bottles of Rioja getmecoat

Thanks!

Although, to be honest, skills are limited, I made a few mistakes and could have done a few things better.
And, I take absolutely ages making a curry like this, I really faff around, but when I get time I really do enjoy spending three or four hours on my own in the kitchen with a few beers and some classic rock on the radio, very therapeutic! smile

Last nights 'celebration' dinner, can't be a bit of steak

Steak from City Social in tower 42, and some fancy dessert.

Tried a new place called KuPP in Oxford, Danish restaurant, very good!

And just to complete the PH full set, a desert is a large arid land mass, usually with a lot of sand in it hehe

A dessert is often sweet and sticky [insert your own punchline here]

Is that the Tom Kerridge version? I've still got half a fillet to use up by next weekend, always fancied trying it but not convinced how the flavours would work?
