V long day yesterday - (no lunch as on an incident call most of the day) Chips well done as like em that way. With 2 cans of Dr Pepper as chasers .... came to £17 - but well worth it.

Mixed Kofte and dirty elephant leg, with salad to offset the dirtiness ....



Once I'd cleared/eaten most of the salad (and chips) Meaty goodness with a shed load of their homemade chilli sauce on.

visited my new local takeaway again, not really that hungry so just went for an all in one container snack.
Here we have salt and chilli chips with chicken tikka.

Chips were hot and crisp, chicken surprisingly good. The chilli heat is weird, I didnt feel it much on my lips or tongue but now the top of my head is overheating

I enjoyed this it was from the new place I had from last time ,

Thing is, KFC is all British chicken and of the non caged type. Not free range, but a decent compromise. Compare this to 95% of processed chicken from the supermarkets which is from Brazil/Thailand/Poland/Romania/China, I do check and it is nigh on impossible to find anything frozen that is from the UK.

I actually think it is just a VERY bad business move from KFC. There is slim profit in orders where you go on to the app with the sole intention of stuffing yourself for the cheapest way possible. Lol.

They are still doing a fillet burger meal with chips for £8 or thereabouts, but you aren't going to go for that.

ETA after searching it is only chicken on the bone that is UK sourced. However they claim that certain standards are needed in order to supply them.

Gotta watch the salt, dominos use it to try and add flavour to their cardboard.

I went to my usual place but tried a wrap, so I can shove it in my face quicker. It worked! Also chips with chilli sauce. This is just thrown down for the photo.

After 2 weeks in the Caribbean eating their filthy foreign muck, it was a pleasure to scarf this fine table of traditional English food down tonight.

Special chow mien.
Crispy chilli beef.
Salt and pepper wings.
Salt and pepper chips.
Curry sauce.
