Aga Biltong with Chilli
Marinade was made from Chilli, garlic and ginger. Juice of a lime and a splash of vinegar. I would have added a tsp of palm sugar too, but I was at my Mums and she didn't have any!
Day 2 the strips of beef were threaded onto string and hung in the Aga in the coolest oven then cooked for 10 hours.

Got it in one I only left it for about an hour as I was starving and couldn't wait! But the longer the better really, next time I would do it the night before and leave in the fridge.The end result looks .
