Rooibos Tea (or RedBush as you call it here).
Me too. But not when I need caffeine laugh
No, then I just use a drip to get the coffee to my veins intravenously biggrin

+1 for the Rooibus, brewed for a while so its strong with just a touch of milk and half a teaspoon of sugar.

Lyons Quickbrew is far better than its cheap looking box would have you believe.

+ another vote for Yorkshire tea from me.

Two cups of the local brew - thick sweet green tea with about as much caffeine as a double espresso. Couple of cups of Yorkshire or Breakfast tea and an Earl Grey when I'm feeling a bit Bondish.

Dilmah is exceptionally good.

Tesco stopped stocking it a couple of years ago, so we have to get it via the net now. Needs must, as they say.

http://www.taylorsofharrogate.co.uk/teaitem.asp?it... if im having posh tea. For everyday tea, I drink Twinings everday. I like to let my tea cool down and also love it milky.

Either Twinings Earl Grey, Twinings Ceylon or Yorkshire Gold. Depends entirely on what I feel like.

Around 8 cups a day at work, though i'll only go through 2-3 a day at home.

My parents both drink it black and think I'm weird for having milk with it, but I reckon its the way forward...
