Cool, what's your rib method?
I make this rub below, then cook indirect heat on bbq around 100 degrees for 2.5 hours then wrap in foil and back in for 2 hours. I don’t even bother with butter, spraying etc which some people do and they work out pretty good. Forgot to pick up bbq sauce to they’ll be dry ribs, but fine be me ![](https://thumbsnap.com/sc/CKJNQCwb.jpg)
Looks good. A while back I tried rubbing muscovado sugar on ribs, then added the rub when the sugar was sticky. You end up with the legendary meat candy. I don't generally wrap ribs, have done in the past, but tend to just do them 4-5 hrs at 120/130 which a basic rub and oak/hickory/ rosemary. I don't think the rosemary adds much flavour but it smells great while cooking.

I'm going to give the Sauce Shop Buffalo sauce a go tonight, and it seems they have a recipe: https://www.sauceshop.co/blogs/recipe/the-ultimate...
I imagine I'm fine swapping oven for indirect BBQ heat? Not sure I've used flour before in the rub mix, I guess use it quite sparingly?
Any tips always welcome on wings, I still haven't quite settled on my perfect method.
