I have a bottle of Daves insanity sauce special reserve which has been sitting on the shelf for about 5 years....... fk me it is hot!!
Having said that, I once chopped birds eye chillis for a meal and afterwards decided to feed the pony.... The missus was not happy at all, especially as she had to dip her minge in yoghurt to cool down

'Tinned Stagg Dynamite-hot Chili'...found in most supermarkets, its a killer, and guaranteed to go thru you faster than a 911 GT3 !!
While at uni I brought a can from the local student shop becasue I couldn't be bothered to cook. Looking at the packaging I didn't think it would be that hot, I thought at best it might give me a slight tingle. MY GOD WAS I IN FOR A SUPRISE! By a couple of mouthfuls later sweat was dripping from my brow, my lips were almost exploding and my stomach felt it was been corroded away. Didn't stop me from finshing the can however All the while I'm trying my best not to look in pain in front of my flatmate while downing a litre of mineral water. I paid a heavy price the moring after. As soon as I woke up I knew something was wrong, lets just say a spent a good while on the throne. I have never eaten anything as hot as that from a supermarket and I never will again.Respect the Stagg.............
guess my taste buds have got used to stagg dyanamite chilli - got several in the cupboard and to be honest, whilst it is hot, it is fairly tame. If you want hot, get several birds eye chillis, cut them with scissors and drop into whatever eating Usually do 4-6, new batch is stronger, 4 with no seeds is not hot enough, so guess will be 2 red and 1 green and see how it goes
no special problems with stagg food

Pasta Madras....or at least I think it was....
I don't normally eat ridiculously spicy food, I would far rather be able to taste what I'm eating. One day as a student, it was the end of the month and all I had left in the cupboard was half a bag of pasta. One of my mates offered me a jar of curry sauce from which the label had come off. Being a skint (and possibly drunk, I don't remember) student, I cooked the pasta and stirred in the jar of sauce.
I remember to this day, over 10 years later, sitting at the grotty table forcing this creation down my burning throat, my eyes watering and sweat pouring off me.
Funnily enough, I tend to find it's much easier to eat food made with real ingredients rather than powders and sauces etc...
