Grand Marnier.. add it when the pancake has finished cooking .. tilt the pan a little to set light to it.

Best pancakes.. ever.

A classic favorite smile

LadyHayles is cooking the pancakes tonight, so hoping they are edible and not stuck to ceiling/floor/extractor/frying pan is good starting point wink

Lemon juice and sugar a must smile

Have tried creme fraiche and strawbeerys, maple syrup etc but always go back to Sugar and Lemon Juice, just wouldn't be right without them!

Thinly sliced banana and chocolate sauce.

Grated chocolate makes a good substitute for choco sauce.

I'm thinking that you were under the impression I am too busy at work at the moment to read PH?? No pancakes for you this evening!

I've just come back from M&S having purchased raspberry sauce and pink champagne to have with my pancakes this evening. Obviously will be drinking the champagne and not putting it on the pancakes.
