Gluten, yeast, meat and onion-free desserts
Discussion
Got a group coming for dinner on Saturday, for one of whom gluten, yeast, onion and meat are off the menu.
I think I'm safe for the savoury side of things, but would appreciate suggests on desserts please. Best I've come up with so far is a flour-free chocolate and pear cake, and I'm sure the PH collective can do better!
Main course will be middle-east inspired, should that provide any inspiration.
Thanks

Funny how you've all assumed that it's a 'she'.
Obviously, it is.
She has offered to bring her own food, but I refuse to be beaten.
Meringue and fruit is a good shout. I've also seen a bunch of recipes that call for wheat-free flour and gluten-free chocolate - if they're ingredients I'm likely to find in Waitrose then I could be in business.
