Dark Chocolate

Managed to get hold of a bar of this



on holiday in France last week. Tried a bit last night. I like strong dark chocolate - usually buy 70-80% stuff but dear god this is almost inedible! Will try again with a decent cup of coffee this evening to see if it makes it any easier to eat.

Anyone else tried it?

Perfect for making a really good Tiramisu.

and staying awake....

There's a warning in French on the inside of the packaging which I haven't fully translated but runs along the lines of 'This is potent stuff, don't wolf down the whole bar in one go'
