Ramsey's in 2 weeks

Finally getting to go to Hospital Road the week after next - can't wait.

That's all really, love him or loathe him, the restaurant has a great reputation and I'm very excited about going

Anyone else been recently?

That sounds VERY tempting already, really can't wait to experience it - my first Ramsey experience, as I've always refused to go his other ones on the basis that this is the proper 3 star one - and I'll wait for a good excuse/money to do it properly.

Ahhhhhhhhh - now that was an afternoon well spent.

Lovely place, fab food, brilliant service - surprised how small it was though - very understated.

I went for:
Pumpkin soupy thing (amuse-bouche)
Tortellini of Prawn and Crab
Braised shin of beef with horseradish mash and stuffed mushrooms
6 very smelly cheeses
Banana Parfait - to die for
Minature strawberry icecream balls wrppaed in white chocolate (how did they manage that?)
Truffles
Large espresso

Didn't eat for the rest of the day

Yeah, I didn't buy that one strangely enough. Wine mark-up was hideous
