I have now a rather nice bottle of Hendricks Gin, and a very nice bottle of Boe superior Gin (thank you mr customer).

Other than the standard G&T, what other cocktails (which are easy to make up at home) would be good to use them with?

George, you work for William Grant then ...

I work in the packaging industry, so chose Hendricks solely on the packaging. We have supplied William Grant with quite a few things over the years, including http://www.goldkenn.com/en/, Old Alliance. Our Chairman was basically William Grant's glass design consultant about 15 years ago, at a charge out fee of about £3k a day.

Goldkenn was not feasible for any other manufacturer in Europe in terms of timescale and technicality, except us wink

I will let you know about Boe (two omeloutes on the e), though it is a small producer in Scotland. The packaging is quite nice, our classic two pinch bottle ... different for a Gin, and it kinda works ...
